Dynamic and culturally connected Teacher Aide

We are seeking a proactive and culturally responsive Teacher Aide to join our dedicated Learning support Team. This is a vital role, focused on helping our students to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.

We are looking for an active person who can build strong, meaningful relationships, especially with our Māori and Pasifika boys. 

Key responsibilities would include:

• Provide one on one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs
• Motivate students to stay focussed, manage their behaviour, and engage positively with their peers and teachers.

Role details

• Start date: This position will commence on 28/1/26 
• Hours:       The hours for this role are negotiable. We are committed to finding the right fit for our team.
