Community update 22.02.2022 on COVID-19 case in community

We have now completed our contact tracing process for the confirmed COVID-19 case in our community that was messaged this morning. All CLOSE contacts have been spoken to and informed of next steps.
Caregivers of the class have been emailed an update.
The last day the person attended Papatoetoe Intermediate was on Monday 21st February 2022 (known as Day 0)
What we are doing

We have appropriate public health measures and cleaning procedures in place
A reminder to our community of what to continue to do:

You and your whānau should watch for symptoms

If any develop, STAY HOME and go and get tested immediately

Then, stay at home until you receive the result

Continue to keep the school informed should your child receive a positive test result
