A little about me and my time at Papatoetoe Intermediate School:
I have been at Papatoetoe Intermediate School for over 21 years, in various roles during this time.  I love working in this community and could not think of a better community to work in.

My vision and hopes for our school/my class:
Getting to know the learner holds a pivotal place in teaching and in leadership.  I believe that in order to develop an effective working relationship, a leader must understand the needs and strengths of those he or she works with in order to affirm and  develop paths for positive change.

Our role is to empower students so that they have the knowledge and skills to be successful citizens, while also enabling opportunities to be made available.

A bit more about me:
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  I used to play a number of sporting codes, and now enjoy supporting a number of clubs and activities over weekends, in particular Rugby Union.
