A little about me and my time at Papatoetoe Intermediate School:
I am into my 18th year of education, having taught at different schools across Auckland in that time. I enjoy working with Intermediate aged students and supporting them to reach their potential. I have been teaching at Papatoetoe Intermediate since 2018.
My vision and hopes for our school/my class:
My focus is to provide opportunities for all our akonga to explore their potential, find success across a range of experiences and to be confident in themselves.
A bit more about me:
I am married and my wife and I have 2 daughters, currently in Year 8 and Year 6. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My personal interests include playing and watching sport, especially cricket, motorsport and golf. I am the President of the Auckland Primary School Rugby Union and enjoy volunteering my time in this area. I also enjoy DIY utilising my carpentry apprenticeship skills from 20 years ago!
