A little about me and my time at Papatoetoe Intermediate School:
Born and raised in Tauranga, I decided to move to Auckland after high school to pursue a career in Audio Engineering.  After completing my studies I wanted to travel and ended up working at a summer camp in the United States for five seasons.  Returning to New Zealand I found I missed the teaching aspects of summer camp and made the decision to study teaching.  I have been at Papatoetoe Intermediate for five years now and really enjoy the students and community here.

My vision and hopes for our school/my class:
My hope for students who attend music is that they feel comfortable enough to express their musical ideas and be willing to take artistic risks.  I hope they build confidence in their own abilities and share their talents with others.

A bit more about me:
I love to travel and explore, I also love music, film, animals and food.  I am obsessed with American Football and would one day like to either coach or play for a team.  I have three older sisters all living in Tauranga and I try to visit them whenever I can.
