COVID communication with community : Wednesday 23rd February 2022 [notice number 2]

We have recently had confirmation of a confirmed case of COVID-19  in our community.  The person’s last date of attendance at Papatoetoe Intermediate was Monday 21st  February 2022.  The last day a case attended is known as Day ‘0’.

If you have not been contacted by the school or the Ministry of Health, your child can still come to school.  All identified CLOSE contacts of the case have been informed and are now isolating.

What you need to continue to do:

• You and your whānau should watch for symptoms

• If any develop, STAY HOME and go and get tested immediately

• Then, stay at home until you receive the result

• Continue to keep the school informed should your child receive a positive test result
