COVID communication with community : 14th February 2022

We have recently had confirmation of a second confirmed case of COVID-19  in our community since yesterday’s communication.  The student’s last date of attendance at Papatoetoe Intermediate was also  Wednesday 9th February 2022.

If you have not been contacted by the school or the Ministry of Health, your child can still come to school.  All identified CLOSE contacts of these cases have been informed.

We what are doing:

• Providing those students required to isolate with distance learning activities

• We will continue to give you any relevant updates

• We will remain open while we work through the list of contacts

What you need to continue to do:

• You and your whānau should watch for symptoms

• If any develop, get tested immediately

• Then, stay at home until you receive the result
