Kapa Haka

Kia ora koutou katoa.

The Papatoetoe Intermediate School Kapa Haka group has performed at many school and out of school events. They can be extremely proud of their contributions to Powhiri, Mihi Whakatau and other school events. You will have the opportunity to increase your confidence and skills in karanga, whaikorero, mihi and pepeha. If performance is more your thing, you will learn waiata, poi and haka to add to your repertoire. You will represent your school at outside events and make everyone proud with your final performance to the school and the community at the end of the year. So if you are keen to sing, karanga, poi and haka, we look forward to seeing you at Kapa Haka.
