I am a classroom teacher in Room 1, with a passion for teaching Maths, Science and Digital Technologies,

A little about me and my time at Papatoetoe Intermediate School:
While I am still fairly new to teaching, with 6 years teaching experience in Otahuhu and Papatoetoe.  I bring a wealth of life experience and knowledge to the classroom.  I have been at Papatoetoe Intermediate for 1 year and am passionate about guiding our young adults to reach their full potential.  I love working in this community and getting to know all of our akonga and whanau.

My vision and hopes for our school/my class:
During their time in my classroom, I hope my students gain the self confidence in push themselves, the self respect to try their hardest, and find the joy from working with others around them to advance both their own, and their peers’ understanding.

A bit more about me:
Outside of school, my wife and I love to go exploring on our bikes and taking our two labradors on adventures.  We enjoy spending time catching up with out friends and whanau, and also the quiet times chilling at home.
