A little about me and my time at Papatoetoe Intermediate School:
Originally I am from Fiji and moved to New Zealand in 2008.  I am a mother of 2 boys.  I have more than 20 years of teaching experience at different Intermediate Schools and Colleges in New Zealand and Fiji.  I have been at Papatoetoe Intermediate school for 12 years.  I enjoy working with the diverse community where different perspectives and experiences come together.  I believe embracing diversity enriches the learning environment and fosters a sense of belonging for all students.

My vision and hopes for our school/my class:
To create authentic and meaningful learning opportunities for students in and beyond classes which encourages and allows students to take ownership of their learning.

A bit more about me:
I love spending time with my family.  I advocate for a balanced lifestyle that prioritizes both mental and physical wellbeing.  I love spending time outdoors with my family and friends, enjoying activities that connect me with nature and keeps me active.
