School Documents
School Board
The school board meets at least 8 times a year. These meeting take place in the main Meeting Room [entrance off Great South Road]. Meeting dates and times are advertised in our School Newsletter and on our School Website.
Members of the public who wish to attend are most welcome. Members of the public who attend do not have speaking rights unless invited to speak. We encourage you to notify the Board Presiding Member or Board Secretary – Barbara Ferregel [barbabaf@papint.school.nz], prior to the meeting if you would like to speak.
If you wish to view the agenda for a Board meeting it can be obtained from the office on the Wednesday before the meeting. Minutes of the Board meetings are available on our school website, after they have been ratified at a Board meeting.
